The
RPSA technology employs a piezoceramic transducer to propel fluid
from a chamber. The piezoceramic expands in response to an electrical
signal, which pushes against a flexible diaphragm. As the diaphragm
is displaced, a pressure pulse is created within the chamber and
a droplet is ejected through the orifice in a push mode.
The all-metal laminate designs are assembled using a proprietary
bonding process and refined construction techniques that have been
developed over the past 15 years of OEM manufacturing. RPSA has
provided more industrial grade piezo DOD print heads than any other
current supplier. RPSA piezo print heads are durable and provide
the flexibility to address the requirements of many industrial applications.
