DDC 35N Bulletins

SB DDC35-001   New software for the Hi-35PC Print Controller (Version 1.18 replaces version 1.16)) and new printer drivers comprise the changes providing support for Windows 2000 Server.

SB DDC35-002   The paper take-up section has been modified to improve performance and prevent multiple paper feeding when paper with a high friction resistance is used in the AFR-14 (Duplexing Document Feeder).


DDS 50/62 Bulletins

SB DDS Scanner-01   New software adding support for the DDS50/62 printer's ScanCenter option is now available. The software is provided through a new ScanCenter Option Kit (able to be connected to either DDS32/40 or to DDS50/62).

DDC 52/62 Bulletins

SB DDC52/62-001   To improve the document separating performance of the EDH-1, a new Separator Pad and two Tension Springs have been made available.

SB DDC52/62-002   To ensure that Spare PWB-B boards will power on and display messages in English (instead of Japanese)

SB DDC52/62-003   This bulletin provides information on the original EPROM configurations and the most current EPROMS that are in production as pertains to both the DDC52/62 (Copier only) models and the DDC52N/62N (Networkable printer/copier) models.

SB DDC52/62-004   A problem related to certain "lot numbers" of the PWB-Y (RAM Pack) has been recently reported.

SB DDC52/62-005   Due to a problem noted on the copier production line with certain lots of Solid State Switch (also known as photo interrupter) used in many parts of the machine, condensers were added to the PWB-A.

SB DDC52/62-006   The Stapler Unit (P/N 4470-4351-04) as shown on Figure 20 (Item 11) of the Finisher Illustrated Parts List has no serviceable parts identified.

SB DDC52/62-007   The Punch Unit (P/N 4470-0153-12 for USA and P/N 4470-0155-01 for Europe) as shown on Figure 15 (Item 03) of the Finisher Illustrated Parts List has no serviceable parts identified.

SB DDC52/62-008   The design change has added reinforcement plates to the descending/ascending grooves of the Elevator Tray on the front and rear frames of the finisher. In addition the teeth on the gears in the Elevator Tray driving section have been widened, reinforcement plates have been added (front/rear axle plates), and software changes have been made to the IC (ROM) used on the Finisher's PWB-A.
