The Call Management
Center of the Technical Support department of RPSA provides diagnosis,
dispatch, call monitoring and problem resolution. The Center operates 7
days a week and 24 hours a day and can be accessed via toll free numbers.
Trained technicians at the Call Center use state of the art knowledgebase
technologies to provide efficient and accurate problem resolution. The Call
Center can initiate on-site dispatches, RMAs and Advanced Exchanges.
